What we are
Investor Bridging is an independent UK website trading as Investor Bridging. We are an introducer. We are not a lender, a broker or a financial adviser, and we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. We introduce eligible enquiries about unregulated bridging finance to Connexis Group Ltd, which places cases with lenders and brokers on its panel.
Not advice
Everything on this site is general information. It is not a recommendation that any product suits you. Rates and figures quoted from lenders' websites are examples taken on the date shown and may have changed. Calculator results are illustrations, not quotes.
Regulated lending
We do not introduce loans secured on a property that you, or a close family member, live in or will live in. Those are regulated mortgages. Please speak to an FCA-authorised adviser instead — see regulated advice options.
How we are paid
Using this site is free. Connexis says it is paid by the lender when a deal completes. It may pay us part of that fee for introductions made through this site. We do not charge you anything, and nobody connected with this site will ask you for an upfront fee.
No guarantees
Lenders decide whether to lend and on what terms. We do not promise approval, rates or timescales.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made by lenders, brokers or Connexis, or for losses from relying on general information on this site.
