Who we are
This website (investorbridging.co.uk) is run under the trading name Investor Bridging. We publish guides to bridging finance and introduce eligible enquiries to Connexis Group Ltd (company no. 17214446). Contact: hello@investorbridging.co.uk.
What this website collects
- Eligibility check: your answers are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to us or stored.
- Calculator: runs in your browser; nothing is sent to us.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, page requested and time) for security and to keep the site running. The site is hosted on a server run by Hostinger in the United States, so those logs are stored there. We keep them only as long as needed for security.
We do not ask for your name, phone number or email on this website.
When you apply
If you choose to continue to an application, you leave this site and apply directly with Connexis Group Ltd. Connexis collects your details, asks for your consent to share your case with lenders on its panel, and is responsible for that information under its own privacy notice. Connexis may tell us that an application came through our link and how it progresses, so that we can be paid an introduction fee.

This site does not set cookies or use analytics at the moment. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@investorbridging.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
